Tobin helped me make a stew this morning, he likes to help with the cooking when he can so he was chopping carrots and potatoes with me. We popped everything in the slow cooker and left it to bubble away.
We visited Paul’s mum today and passed on our Mothers Day gifts. We also got an invite for Easter Sunday lunch from Paul’s auntie which is lovely. We had to get back for a visit from Paul’s sisters so we didn’t stay for too long so its been a busy day of visiting but it was nice to see everyone.
My stew came out beautifully after many hours although we didn’t eat any today. We will probably have some tomorrow and freeze the rest.
