Mini Yarn Haul and some makes – 15.07.20 – Crochet Vlog

The Granny Ripple Blanket is finished, I used 4 cakes of Stylecraft Candy Swirl in the Strawberry Taffy colourway.

The other blanket I’m making which may or may not get finished is from a tutorial by Crystal of Bag-o-day crochet and can be found here.

As a gift for Jack’s teacher I decided to make something more Canadian themed than the gift I had previously made (as Tobin’s teacher is getting a Mexican themed gift I thought it only fair to do the same for Jack’s teacher). I chose the Moose Amigurumi by Spinayarn crochet, these patterns are great and there is something for everyone!

I watched Rell of The Dabbling Hook and she had made a Tiny Hippo and it was so stinking cute that I had to make one too!!

Continuing my amigurumi making, I decided to make Flora the Flamingo by B.Crochet-tive Designs as I’m amassing her patterns at an alarming rate! Great pattern as I’ve come to expect from Brittany, she is so talented and those big eyes just make everything so cute.

I ordered some Armoni Aran Rolls from Lolly’s Lil Wool Shack, the service was excellent as usual and they turned the order around super quickly.
