The boys now have hats that almost match. I started making one for Tobin probably towards the end of last year but Christmas crochet got in the way. I picked it up again the other day but Tobin decided that he wanted bigger blocks of colour. Jack liked the hat I’d made so he claimed that and I started another hat for Tobin. I used the Every Beanie pattern, it’s free on ravelry and I’ve made a few of these with varying success. The pattern is for worsted weight yarn but I used dk so added a few extra rounds until I got to a good length for the boys.
Tobin opted for two rows of colour and one row of black and he seems to like it.
