I’m back from a holiday with Paul and the boys to Thorpe Park in Cleethorpes which is seaside resort in North East Lincolnshire. We have been there before and we found lots to do last time because the weather wasn’t the best. This time however, we had the best week’s weather of the year so far. It was bright and sunny all week, we spent hours on the beach and were seemingly constantly covered in sand.
The blanket I’m making is the Lotus Flower Circle Blanket by Hooked by Robin, she has video tutorials as well as the written pattern on her blog. I’ve made one of these blankets before and it is a great pattern. It will be a lovely baby blanket for my friend at work.
The unicorn is from the Amigurumi Toybox book by Anna Paula Rimoli, I’ve made lots of these over the years and they are the most popular of the unicorns I’ve made.
